All firms which have requested Plans and Specifications for IFB No. DACW69-96-B-0004 will be furnished documents for RFP No. DACW69-96-R-0015. The project will consist of a 500 ft long river-front sheet pile and concrete retaining wall, docking area, esplanade, a comfort station, an asphaltic paved circulation road, parking facilities for buses and cars, an overlook, a handicap ramp to the docking area, drop inlets and drain pipes for drainage control and site amenities such as lighting fixtures, and handrails. Criteria which will be used in evaluating proposals will be as follows: (a) Construction Management, (b) Experience, (c) Performance References, and (d) Qualifications and Experience of Key Personnel. The estimated cost range of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The charge for solicitation documents, which is non-refundable, is $40.00 per set for half-scale and $85.00 per set for full size drawings. This is an un-restricted procurement. (0342)
