Footers to be located at each bleacher support frame runner and run full length of runner. Concrete to be 3000 psi. Furnish and install six (6) sets of bleachers. Bleachers to be non-elevated 10 row x 21 ft. long with 140 seat capacity. Frame to be galvanized steel with aluminum seats, dimpled steel walk boards, with double walk boards on top five (5) rows. The top eight (8) rows of seats and rear to be enclosed with four (4) each 1 5/8'' o.d. galvanized guard rails. Rails to extend a minimum of 42'' above seat surface. All bleachers be assembled in place at job site. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1791, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
