Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000 59 -- MARKET SURVEY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF MILITARY POWER
SUPPLIES THAT ARE ALREADY COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE,(NON-DEVELOPMENT

Fort Monmouth, 07703-5023.. This is a market survey to determine vendor
sources for the availability of power supplies that are already
commercially available (Off-The-Shelf)(non-development item). The
following are criteria of the power supply which prospective suppliers
must be capable of demonstrating to CECOM via qualification testing.
( a) Must be interchangeable with existing interface dimensions for
mounting to AN/ASM-189(). Interface drawing(s) are available upon
request. b) The power supply shall meet the +55 degree F to +95 degree
F operating temperatures and -70 degree F to +155 degree F
non-operating temperatures. c) The power supply shall meet the
vibration requirement in accordance with MIL-STD-810E, Method 514.4,
Procedure I, Category 8 under non-operating conditions. The vibration
levels shall be in accordance with profiles that can be furnished by
the POC below upon request. d) The power supply shall meet the humidity
test of MIL-STD-810C, Method 507.1, Procedure II, under non-operating
conditions. Please note: this test is performed with the power supply
in the semi-trailer or an equivalent enclosure (same number of cubic
feet) with the air vents in the open position. e) INPUTS: 200-245
volts, 60 or 50 Hertz, 100 Amperes input(max), 3 phase. f) OUTPUT: 28
Volts DC (nominal), 26-36 volts Adjustment Range for 60 Hertz
operation, 28-31 volts Adjustment Range for 50 Hertz operation; 500
Amperes continuous. g) OUTPUT CURRENT REGULATION: Static plus or minus
0.25%, Dynamic 5 volts at 1/2 load, 8 volts at full load. h) DISPLAY
METERs: Analog/digital voltmeter and ammeter, 2% accuracy. i)
Dimensions: 24'' wide(max), 25'' deep(max), 39'' high(max). j) WEIGHT:
720 lbs(max)). This survey shall provide data which will support the
procurement strategy for an upcoming CECOM solicitation. Inquiries
