The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) requires development of a 2 kilowatt UHF circulator capable of extending the ''state-of-the-art'' in bandwidth and power in the 225-400 MHz frequency range. It is anticipated that novel combinations of materials and circuitry will be required to fulfill the goals of this program. The NRL anticipates a twenty-four month (24) effort.
