Services consist of preparation of a report noting the deficiencies and estimated cost of repair. The repairs are of an electrical and mechanical nature. Procurement of specified equipment items will also be requested. Purchase Order will be in two phases, investigation and rehabilitation with the total period of service being approximately 60 days.
