This is a notice of intent to negotiate a competitive contract for maintenance and repair for a quantity of 39 FAX machines of various make and models. The Government expects to award a firm-fixed price requirements contract for the required parts and labor needed to keep all machines fully operational. Coverage to be provided Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM till 4:00 PM with an 8 hour response time. This procurement will be conducted as a small business set-aside utilizing a SIC Code of 7378 and the small business size standard is $14.5 million. The contract will be for an initial one year period with two option years. Interested small business firms should submit a written request if they wish to be placed on the Bidders Mailing List.
