TVA intends to purchase the following goods or service by Competitive negotiation: Supply & install a new replacement Nortel Option 61 telephone system consisting of a combination of approx. 750 analog, digital & port lines, including, but not limited to the PBX & all related equip. including telephone instrument & cabling systems at Shawnee Fossil Plant, Paducah, KY. Contractor to remove existing telephone switches, instruments, feeder & station cabling not required to sustain in service circuits. Work shall be performed under TVA&IBEW labor agreements.
