Buffer Zone Services--The Air Force Technical Applications Center, Patrick AFB, FL has a long term requirement for buffer zones around seismic arrays at seven different location in the northern Fairbanks Alaska area. Each location requires approximately 160 acres of land, six of which are currently under lease to the University of Alaska-- Geophysical Institute, Fairbanks Alaska and which cannot be used for any other purpose during the lease period. A one year contract with options for four more years will be required. Interface with private land owners, the Fairbanks North Star Borough, the State of Alaska, the US Department of the Interior, and the University of Alaska will be required.
