The United States Air Force has a requirement for professional continuing education/training for the Air Force Institute of Technology. The contractor shall perform instructional and support services required by the School of Systems and Logistics to present Contractual Aspects of Value Engineering. The anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a minimum of 1 course and a maximum of 9 courses for the life of the contract. The anticipated contract period performance is 1 Mar 96 thru 30 Sep 96. The solicitation will be issued approximately 5 Jan 96. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use proposal development phase of this acquisition.
