Andrews AFB MD is seeking offerors certified under the Small Business Administration's Section 8(a) program to maintain and operate an on-site Commercial Travel Office (CTO) for official/government and unofficial/leisure travel to include air, rail, bus, car rental, and lodging. Offeror is required to provide the full range of national and international travel services. The contractor is to provide all labor, management, personnel, tools, supervision, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary. The applicable SIC Code is 4724. Project period of performance is a basic period of two years with three one year option periods. The Government reserves the right not to exercise option periods under the resulting contract. Proposals shall include a technical proposal and a price proposal and will be evaluated on Performance Work Statement Requirements, Offeror Qualifications, Equipment and Software Capabilities, Staffing and Personnel Qualifications, Support Approach, Leisure Services Promotion Plan, Discount Fee Proposal (Official Travel).
