The US Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a facility to be constructed at 58-60 North Street, Medfield, MA 02052. The US Postal Service controls a site of approximately 37,471 gross square feet of land and the approximate building size is 8,000 square feet. Basic lease term is 30 years. The successful offeror will be required to lease the site in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the sub-lease which is included in this solicitation. Proposals must be submitted no later than the close of business Tuesday, January 16, 1996. The following must be included with your submission: Site location map, boundary and topographic survey, floor plan of any existing structures, proof of ownership, flood plain map, photographs of site and surrounding properties.
