Approximately 900 square feet of associated mechanical and electrical equipment space located directly below on the first floor; and exterior renovations to install new stair and canopy. Work includes general demolition, asbestos abatement, interior architectural renovation including installation of raised floors, suspended ceilings and gypsum walls; HVAC renovation, control system installation, fire protection system, lighting, electrical power distribution, and plumbing.
