Estimated range: $1 to $5 million. The project includes: construction of a cofferdam and de-watering of outlet works; removal of the existing outlet works features including the intake tower, control house, and access footbridge and construction of their replacements; installation of Government-furnished hydraulically operated cast-iron slide gates; furnishing and installing miscellaneous architectural, mechanical, and electrical items and equipment. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which we will consider. A presolicitation notice (PSN) is available and the solicitation will be issued on or about January 5, 1996. Bidders may request the PSN in writing at the address above or by FAX at (208) 378-5108 - requests should reference the solicitation number. Copies of the solicitation, when published, are available for a non-refundable charge of $35 per copy. Make checks or money orders payable to the Bureau of Reclamation and reference the solicitation number on your check or money order. This requirement is not set-aside for small business.
