The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Replace damaged insulating glass units in the window wall and damaged isolated monopane units. This is a one (1) year contract with two (2) one year options. The government reserves the right to exercise the option years. The estimated range for this project is between 250,000 and 500,000. The Standard Industrial Code is 1793 and the small business size standard is $7 million. This project is set aside for small business concerns. This project is also a labor surplus area set aside.
