The repairs include structural, roof, interior, walls, floors, ceiling, utilities, interior electrical systems, and mechanical systems which includes the HVAC and plumbing. The Building has been cleaned of lead-based paint (LBP) and asbestos-containing materials (ACM). **NO EXPRESS MAIL PROCEDURES WILL BE UTILIZED ON INITIAL MAILING OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS** Request in person can be paid in cash.
