Shredder to have fully automated controls with measurement settings for motor power consumption and self monitoring hydraulic system for temperature and pressure control, oil level, and cylinder speeds; automatic reverse (anti-jamming) rotor control; a device to prevent jamming from paper, plastics and small metal items; replaceable screens, bed blades and cutting inserts, rotor speed that produces low noise level; automatic shut down control when chamber is empty; with hydraulic cart tipper of minimum 2,000 lb capacity.
