The U.S. Dept. of State, DOS, Office of Foreign Buildings Operations, is seeking a company to provide crested and uncrested Lead Crystal for overseas Foreign Service Posts. This will be an indefinite quantity contract with a duration of one base year plus four one year options. Contractor must have facility for warehousing, packing, and shipping within the U.S.A. This procurement is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994. Only written requests will be accepted. Requests may be mailed to the address as stated above or ``faxed'' to the attention of Jan Mouton, (703) 875-6292. ``Product Samples'' will be required in accordance with specifications contained in the solicitation package. ``Product Samples'' submitted by interested parties shall conform with the following: a) Match in shape and size of samples and specifications as stated in the solicitation. b) Hand blown lead crystal. c) Etched crest must be distinct and defined. d) Good clarity and luster. e) Rim edges smooth and even.
