Reference Section A, sentence 2, the date for proposal receipt is changed to 96JAN19 from 95DEC29. Reference Section B(2), Deliverable Items, delete items (f), (g), (h), (i), and the text following item (i) up to but not including ''(3) Security Requirements...'' In place thereof, after item (e) in Section B(2) Deliverable Items, add the following: ''(f) Scientific Technical Reports, Final, DI-MISC-80711/T, (Draft and Reproducible Final), (g) Software Design Description, DI-IPSC-81435/T, and (h) Software User Manual (SUM), DI-IPSC-81443/T. The contractor shall be required to visit Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio for a kickoff meeting to be held 30 days after award of contract. The contractor will further be required to visit Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio annually for a status review of the program, and at the program completion for installation of appropriate deliverables.'' Change Section C(3) to read as follows: ''Government Estimate: The Government anticipates a funding breakout by fiscal year as follows: FY96-$100K, FY97-$350K, FY98-$350K, and FY99-$300K, for a total of $1,100K.''
