The modification will be negotiated with GTE Government Systems, 15000 Conference Center Drive, Chantilly, VA. GTE, as the developer of the DLP and the current provider of maintenance services for DLP, is the only contractor capabale of meeting the FAA's requirements and performing this effort in the time provided.
