This subscription is for an online fully-interactive legal research services consisting of legal and legal-related information including such items as judicial opinions, statutes, regulations, and other information. Information includes specialized editorial enhancements made by West. The period of performance for this service shall be through September 30, 1996. All responsible sources may respond. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No telephone calls will be accepted. No award will be made on the basis of any responses to this notice.
