Work involves writing a master contract for construction management with individual delivery orders written for maintenance, repair and alteration projects involving multiple building trades, and multiple locations including Fort Jackson, Charleston AFB, and other military facilities within the geographic boundaries of South Carolina. Offerors will be required to demonstrate their technical knowledge, skills and experience in managing up to 50 individual projects at locations up to 250 miles apart with orders valued between $2,000 and $300,000. Annual maximum of all orders is $5,000,000 with a guaranteed annual minimum of $300,000. Standard Industrial Classification is 1542. Small business size standard is $17.0 million. Performance period will be a base year of July 1, 1996 thru June 30, 1997 with four option years through June 30, 2001. This acquisition is being conducted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program under full and open competition. Because of the bulk of the solicitation package, offerors will be required to pay a nonrefundable charge of $50.00 with their requests for solicitation documents.
