Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to accomplish Alter/Repair Air Freight Terminal-Bldg. 178 at Charleston AFB, SC. The work includes but is not limited to the following major items of work. Provide repairs and alterations to the Air Freight Terminal, Building 178. Provide new brick veneer on the existing CMU building and material handling system. Provide new mansard roof at existing canopies. Replace some coiling doors, paint all doors and retrofit openings as indicated for installation of new brick veneer. Provide new interior two-story office spaces for Air Freight Administration. Provide new finishes at existing second floor APS space. Replace existing generator, transfer switch, and fuel tank. Bid Option #1 - All work as indicated in Defense Courier spaces 118 through 124. Bid Option #2 - Brick work other than running bond brick as indicated on drawings. Bid Option #3 - Removal of existing chain link fence and construction of new fence and gates.
