14 -- TO PROVIDE SPARE PARTS FOR HARM PROGRAM SOL N00019-94-G-0002 POC Contact, Tania Butler, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-94-G-0002 with Texas Instruments, Incorporated (TI), PO Box 660246, M/S 256, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. This order will procure spare parts AGM-88 High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) program. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the AGM-88 weapon system and the only known firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
