All offers received from small businesses will be considered for award. Offerors must request a copy of the complete solicitation in order to submit a responsive offer. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror within an acceptable delivery schedule and the lowest overall price. Evaluations will be per line item, and awards(s) will be for the lowest aggregate cost to the Government. Award is anticipated within 7 days of the date quotes are due.
