This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources to provide subscription services for the Inside E.P.A. Weekly Report and the Defense Environment Alert. The information provided in the Defense Environment Alert shall contain a bi-weekly summary of all Department of Defense policies generated daily pertaining to the environment concerning the following subject areas: base closure, compliance, pollution prevention, federal facilities, remediation techniques, environmental security, government contracts, EPA regulations, cleanup, acquisition reform, radioactive waste, new technologies, congressional actions, component-specific policies, and enforcement. The information shall be provided in hardcopy format and electronically in ASCII format via network file transfer protocol (FTP) or modem every other week. The information provided in the Inside EPA Weekly Report shall contain a weekly summary of (1) all Environment Protection Agency (EPA) legislation generated daily, proposed, and final, (2) all EPA policies generated daily, proposed and final, between EPA and other Federal agencies, and (3) all EPA policies and strategies generated daily, proposed and final, between the EPA and foreign countries. The information shall be provided in hardcopy format and electronically in ASCII format via network FTP or modem each week. Rights shall be granted to the customer base of the DoD users from the Defense Environmental Network and Information eXchange (DENIX) bulletin board system for the information to be freely copied, printed, and downloaded to a user's remote workstation or personal computer.
