Requirements contract on an as-needed basis for computer-aided drafting and design services compatible with an AutoCAD release 13 DOS/Windows Version and Softdesk 7 (S7) graphic systems. Services will be primarily related to the preparation of base maps and engineering drawings for the construction of facilities on National Wildlife Refuges and National Fish Hatcheries. Contract shall run for one year with options to renew for three additional years. Offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria listed in order of importance: (1) Specialized experience with the type of services required, (2) Compatibility of the firm's system with the existing U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service AutoCAD and Softdesk graphical systems, located in Portland, Oregon, (3) Past record of performance on similar work performed for the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, other federal, state, and/or local government agencies, and private agencies with respect to control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules, (4) The capacity of the firm to perform varying work requirements (i.e., civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, mapping, etc.), (5) Location of the firm's system.
