U -- M60A1 TANK INSTRUCTORS, FORT LEONARD WOOD, MISSOURI SOL DABT31-96-B-0010 DUE 012296 POC Contact Glenn Tate, Contract Specialist, 314-596-0255, Contracting Officer, Donald F.Blotzer Contractor shall conduct vehicle driver training for the 12B10 OSUT course at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Contractor shall provide all management, administration, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and other items or services necessary to perform the services required. The required number of instructors shall be based on the projected number of M60A3 tanks available for training each day, but in no case shall not be less than 16 instructors per day of training. Instructors shall be Instructor Training Course (ITC) certified with a minimum of 2 years prior experience driving military vehicles. Contractor shall have personnel who meet the following certifications/requirements: Contract Manager - must have 5 years experience in and demonstrated ability to supervise vehicle operations; Safety Officer - must have 8 years experience as a supervisor of military vehicle operations; Quality Control Officer - must have 5 years experience as a supervisor of military vehicle operations; Senior Instructor - must have 2 years experience as a military senior instructor (these positions may be held by the same person). Instructors will be required to conduct this training 4 days every two weeks. Contract will be for a base period of 7 months with two 1-year option periods.
