Poczik, Contracting Officer, (202) 606-5000, extension 364 The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) AmeriCorps*VISTA has a requirement for conference facilities, hotel rooms, and meals on January 22 through 25, 1996 in the Detriot, Michigan (metro area), for the Pre-Service Orientation for the North Central Cluster of the Corporation. One hundred and fifty (150) members will require seventy-five (75) sleeping rooms with two double beds per room, three meeting rooms with a capacity of 150, 50 and 30 persons (the largest room may be subdivided into two smaller rooms); one large screen (10' x 10'); 3 ea. podiums w/microphone/lights; chairs (150, 50, 30) theater style set-up; breakfeast, breaks, lunch and dinners required; transportation to and from airport, transportation to and from points of interest, availability and cost of parking private vehicles, menus and price lists.
