Project MT95006 includes but is not limited to supervision, plant, labor, equipment, materials and incidentals for construction of a Training Site Support Facility consisting of approximately 85,140 sf of housing for 350 soldiers, kitchen and dining facilities, laundry facilities, storage and administrative spaces, paved and gravel parking, and a loading dock. Site work will include limited demolition and removal of three structures and miscellaneous improvements. New site work includes rough and final grading, asphalt paved and gravel paved parking areas, a concrete paved loading dock, and concrete walks and steps. The new building is of concrete, concrete masonry, and steel framed construction. Exterior finishes include concrete masonry veneer, aluminum windows, hollow metal doors and frames, metal roofing, and a single-ply hypalon mechanically fastened roofing system. Interior finishes include suspended acoustical panel ceilings, painted drywall ceilings, painted CMU and drywall partitions, quarry tile floors, ceramic tile floors, and resilient flooring systems. Mechanical work includes plumbing, hot-water heating system, mechanical ventilation, and automatic fire suppression systems. Electrical work includes lighting, power, fire alarm system, and conduit for telephones, computer data systems, and cable TV. The estimated cost range of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Bid documents are available on or about February 1, 1996. Only written requests for drawings and specifications, accompanied by a check in the amount of $170.00 will be accepted.
