This facility is designed to accommodate pallet and bulk storage of material and spare parts with a clear stacking height up to 25 feet high. Access for the handicapped shall be provided. Fire protection and alarm systems shall be included in this project. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1541. The size standard for this SIC code is: $17.0 million. Large business competing for this project must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on the part of the work it intends to subcontract. The recommended goals for subcontracting are 52.5% for small business, 8.8% for small disadvantaged business, and 3.0% for small business/woman-owned.
