The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace four existing chillers located in the basement. Work also includes, but is not limited to, installation of new air ventilation system. The estimated cost range is between $960,000 and $1,020,000, with a construction completion date of 280 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. An informal job walk/through is scheduled for 1 p.m., Thursday, January 4, 1996, at 401 Franklin Avenue, Houston, Texas. Site visitation is not mandatory but encouraged.
