DMWR is for UH-60 Rotor Blade Filling Unit, NSN 4920-01-209-3076, for configuratons with the following part number (P/N): 70700-77669-041 and S1670-15000-25. DMWR to include instructions to upgrade the P/N S1670-15000-25 to the P/N 70700-77669-041 configuration. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated with award day anticipated as 30 May 96. This proposed contract action is for a DMWR publication for which the Government does not own data, specifications and/or drawings to permit full and open competition. The data, specifications and drawings exist at United Technologies Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main St., P.O. Box 9729, Stratford, CT 06497-9129. Sikorsky Aircraft is the designer, developer and manufacturer of the Blade Fill Unit. Procurement of this publication will allow for full and open competition for future maintenance and overhaul services applicable to the UH-60 aircraft. Firms that recogonize the described DMWR may submit proposals which shall be considered. The DMWR shall be prepared IAW the furnished Statement of Work and included Contract Data Requirements List.
