The purpose of this modification is to increase scope by providing additional capabilities and insure compatibility with the Speakeasy Multiband Multimode Radio Program. This modification will also provide installation support, extend the frequency range of device and include Up-Conversion capability. The basic contract provides for the design and development of a prototype multi-band frequency down-converter. This action is a Sole Source being synopsis for potential subcontractors ONLY.
