A 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with one unpriced option year is anticipated. Multiple contracts may be awarded. A Pre-proposal conference will be scheduled on or about 16 Jan 96 to be held at Kelly AFB Texas. The purpose of this Pre-Proposal Conference will be to discuss the scope, complexity, and specifications of the requirement and tohold a question and answer period so that prospective contractors may present inquiries and observations. A letter of invitation will be mailed to contractors who responded to the intial sources sought synopsis as well as those who respond to this synospis.
