The National Institutes of Health (NIH) needs 120 parking spaces for visitors and NIH employees in the Gateway Bldg. NIH plans to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Diplomat Parking, Washington, DC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). The planned contract is for one basic 12-month period plus four 12-month option periods. It is the Governments belief that these requirements can only be met by Diplomat Parking as they are the only known source located in close proximity to the Gateway Bldg. This is not a formal solicitation. However, concerns that respond to this notice shall provide written information in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to perform.
