The work to be performed under this project involves the installation of the new air-conditioning systems consisting of the window type units for the dormitory areas on the 6th through the 11th floors and the medical/dental areas on the 5th floor, and a split system air-conditioning unit for the entrance lobby and main hall on the 1st floor. Also, the renovation of existing windows throughout the floors 6 through 11, and part of the 5th floor including replacement of deteriorated sashes, repair or replacement of deteriorated parts and replacement of hardware at the Cleveland Job Corps Center located in Cleveland, Ohio. Construction time is scheduled for 252 calendar days to substantial completion. The estimated cost range for construction is between $500,000 to $1 Million.
