This project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, Retube Boiler No. 1, complete, to include removing all existing wall and convection tubes and replacing them with new tubes, removing all existing refractory and insulating brick, and burner tile. The existing tube hangers, anchors, soot blower hangers, and other tube attachments shall be replaced with new ones. Replace inlet header screen studs and hardware. Clean all boiler No. 1 tube headers internally. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. Performance period is 360 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. When requesting bid packages, provide information as to whether your organization (together with all affiliates) is large or small business or small disadvantaged business.
