Z -- REPAIR HEATING SYSTEM TIERS, BLDG 714 SOL F07603-96-B8202 DUE 020696 POC Robert Smith, Contracting Officer, 3026775208. This project consissts essentially of, but is not limited to the removal and replacement of air handle units that serve the tier spaces within Building 714. This includes new air handler units, ductwork, piping and a high temperature hot water converter. In addition, it includes the electrical and structural work to support the project. Asbestos abatement in support of the project is also included. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. Performance period is 360 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
