MODIFICATION: The action originally published in the CBD on 19 Oct 1995 is modified as follows. The classified package discussed during Industry Day will be released as the Statement of Objectives (SOO), Attachment 1, to the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP). A Technical Library for the MALD will be established at ASC/LKG, Bldg 11, Eglin AFB FL at the time of the DRFP release. Classified information will be Target Set Listing (U), Requirements Correlation Matrix (U), and the Statement of Objectives (SOO) (U). The DRFP will be released in December 1995 with the Request For Proposal (RFP) to follow in mid February 1996. An industry day will be conducted the 3rd and 4th of January 1996, with closed one-on-one discussions held immediately there after. There will be blocks of time set aside for each interested offeror to meet privately with the government MALD team. Emphasis of these discussions should be for RFP improvement and clarification purposes. All questions concerning this acquisition must be submitted in writing to this office. All interested offerors are required to possess a Secret facility security clearance. Only firms with a Secret facility security clearance will be allowed to make copies of classified information available in the Technical library or receive classified documents of the DRFP. Those firms who previously submitted a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) are required to resubmit a facility security clearance. Contact type will be a Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF).
