Letterkenny Army Depot intends to solicit for the procurement of two each Overhead, Underhung Bridge Crane Systems. Work includes but not limited to the removal of the existing cranes and the installation of the new cranes. The new installed cranes must be compatible with the existing runway and be connected to the current runway electrification. Solicitation package will be available Feb 6, 1996. Site inspection date will be announced with the solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit a quote. No telephone requests will be accepted. There is a $25.00 charge for this package. Checks shall be in the form of a certified, cashier's check or money order made out to the US Department of Treasury and must accompany the written request. The government is utilizing both written and electronic means to submit quotes and reserves the right to award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror either electronically or written.
