The core sand batch mixer shall be used to automatically mix up to 200 lb. batches of core sand that will be used to make cores in the automatic core blower within the core room. The core sand batch mixer shall be capable of mixing sand for the cold box (amine and S02) and hot box core processes. The core sand batch mixer shall include resin and catalyst delivery systems to accurately add resin and catalyst to each sand batch in the batch mixer and shll include all necessary controls.
