Interested persons have 15 days from the date of publication of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities/ (i.e., technical specifications, brochures, and price list with proposed discounts) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/ capabilities/and pricing (with discounts) will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received without the required information may be considered non-responsive to the synopsis. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this synopsis. A determination by CSC not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to the synopsis, is solely within the discretion of CSC.
