S -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR LIGHTING MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS, OAHU, HAWAII SOL N62755-96-B-2913 DUE 013096 POC Contact Point: S. Sakanoi (808) 474-3385; Contracting Officer: A. Yuen, (808) 474-3385 Indefinite Quantity Contract for Lighting Maintenance Services at Various Locations, Oahu, Hawaii. The work shall include, but is not limited to, replacing burned-out lamps of different types, blinking fluorescent tubes, inoperative ballasts and inoperative starters. The term of the contract will be a 12 month base period plus four option years. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months. The Government may award this contract to more than one contractor. The Government will give fair consideration to all awardees in placing orders based on criteria stated in the solicitation. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for a period up to six months beyond the 60 months. This contract will replace a contract for similar services awarded in 1994 for $199,638 estimated (IDQ) per year. We will include information about the current contract and the incumbent contractor (e.g., award date and amount, value of last option exercised, etc.) with the solicitation package. We do not require requests under the Freedom of Information Act to provide this general information.
