Coggins, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a provisioned item order with Tracor Aerospace of Austin, Texas for training Navy personnel responsible for operational and intermediate level support of the LAU-138/A BOL Chaff Dispenser system. The training includes theoretical presentations of the functions of the prime equipment and support test equipment and also practical exercises such as loading/unlaoding, disassembly/assembly and troubleshooting. Only CelsiusTech of Sweden, the system's designer that maintains proprietary rights, and Tracor Aerospace, CelsiusTech's U.S. license, have the technical knowledge to conduct the training.
