16 -- NAVY AIRCREW COMMON EJECTION SEAT (NACES) BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT SOL N00019-94-G-0303 POC Contact, Craig Curtis, Phone (703)604-2119 On a sole source basis to Martin-Baker Aircraft (MBA) Company, LTD., of Higher Denham, Middlesex, England, the Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a class of orders against Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0303 for the following supplies and services in support of the Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seat (NACES): engineering, testing, manufacturing and installation of change kits for end items; change kits for support equipment; services and materials necessary to bring NACES Government Furnished Equipment up to standard; software support; software installation; software engineering; spare and repair parts; repair of repairables for the U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales customers; contractor support services; technical manuals; provisioning technical documentation; training; engineering studies and investigations; integrated logistics support; engineering drawings and associated lists and data; Operations Security Program implementation; special equipment; interim support materials; and data to support NACES for the F-14, F/A-18 and T-45 aircraft. MBA is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of NACES and is the only known source possessing the requisite experience, tooling, technical data, and technical expertise needed to support these requirements within the time constraints of the U.S. Navy.
