Specification (Note 22) Option to extend the term of the contract - 48 months. Duration of contract period - 1 year. This will result in a requirements type contract. The Government believes that there is only one source or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the part numbers listed above. As a result, a requirements type contract will be issued to Scientific Technologies, Inc., against which delivery orders may be placed.
