This is a Notice of Intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with TSI INC, 500 Cardigan Road, Shoreline, MN 55126. The contract will supply 1 each Detector, Aerodynamic Particle Sizer. P/N 3310A. Particle sizer must determine particle sizes between 0.5 - 30 micrometers. Must provide ``Real Time'' display of particle numbers and mass. A correctional capability for density must be provided. The detector will be moved from Lab to Lab and will be used in the field. The detector (APS) required will be a stand alone unit, no data analysis system will be required.
