652-1832. Westinghouse Savannah River Company (WSRC), management and
operating contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) at the
Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, South Carolina is seeking
industrial partner(s) to participate in joint development and
commercialization of instrument and setpoint uncertainty analysis
technologies. SRS has developed technology that combines nationally
recognized uncertainty methods and SRS developed methodology for the
evaluation of operational instrument loop uncertainties, assessment of
margin available to accommodate safety, process, or analytical limits
and identification of actions required by analytical or operations
personnel. The ultimate goal of this project is the development of a
commercial software product implementing the SRS Instrument and
Setpoint Uncertainty Analysis Methodology. Prospective partner(s)
should be currently involved in uncertainty analysis software
development, meet U.S. Competitiveness requirements and be willing to
share royalties on jointly developed, partner funded advancements. Any
