The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, (NSWCDD), intends to procure technical support services for a customized combat system track and evaluation management system to be supplied to various foreign navies through the Naval Sea Systems Command Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. The system will provide surface/subsurface contact management capabilities, target motion analysis tools, and tactical decision aides. Personnel will be required to have a broad range of experience applicable to Navy tactical systems, such as surface ship combat system design and development, system engineering and integration techniques, Navy test and evaluation procedures and policies, and Anti-Surface Warfare, Anti-Submarine Warfare, Anti-Air Warfare, and Strike systems engineering. Services will be required to conduct combat system architecture and implementation trade studies, engineering support for the development of governing requirements and specification documents, and installation and integration of hardware and software. In addition, services for software development, system testing, documentation and training support will be required. The extent to which this contract will be executed will depend upon the acceptance of development efforts by FMS customers. A minimum award amount of $100,000.00 will be made.
