Chropuvka, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with the Northrop Grumman Corporation, St. Augustine, Florida for aircraft modifications in accordance with Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 245 with concurrent Time Compliance Requirement (TCR) repairs. In addition, Northrop Grumman will perform Standard Depot Level Maintenance (SDLM) in accordance with NAVAIRSYSCOM Analytical Maintenance Program SDLM Specification and tactical Air Reconnaissance Pod System (TARPS) wiring (AFC-844). As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F-14 Aircraft, Northrop-Grumman is the only known source available to provide the required effort.
